The Swan Valley Wines' response to difficult market conditions was to offer its wine making expertise to other growers seeking to open small boutique operations, doubling production to over 70 tonnes.

Another response was to trial innovative new products such as our Chocolate Port and stunning Tropical Fruit wines made from local and imported fruit. Patrons can also purchase our ports with an ethical message, see our 'Amphisbaena Red' or come up with their own ideas. Be innovative.
