The Swan Valley Wines' response to difficult market conditions was to offer its wine making expertise to other growers seeking to open small boutique operations, doubling production to over 70 tonnes.

Chocolate Port

"Chocolate Reserve" formally "Chocolate Port" is a versatile fortified wine, a blend of wine and a natural cocoa extract.

This luscious fortified wine also transcends seasonal changes. It can be served with crushed ice on a hot summer’s day or under a blanket of freshly whipped cream topped with cocoa powder in winter.
