We were lucky enough to work with Vermentino this year. Fantastic Italian variety. Blended with the traditional fat textured Malvasia and co-fermented. It had some skin contact in the press, with stainless steel ferment and six months maturation in a mixture of new of seasoned French oak. This resulted in a very rich, full-bodied wine.
