Fast becoming a bit of a local cult wine. Estate Chenin (uncertified organic) from our old 90-year-old vines. It was fermented on skins in qvevri for ten days, blended with estate Semillon (uncertified organic) that was whole bunch pressed. Maturation in used barriques for five months. Bottled with lees for aging.
