‘Tamala’ Vermentino

Perth is surrounded by limestone, but precious little of it is planted to wine grapes. The Tamala limestone was formed by rising and falling sea levels associated with global glacial retreat during the Quaternary era making it significantly younger than the Jurassic soils of the Jura.

Limestone soils and proximity to the coast, make for a fresh and juicy wine, with authentic Sardinian-like preserved lemon and dried peach notes and pronounced minerality.

A rare wine in the Australian context and perfect with all seafood.

$36.00 is Inc GST.
